Adjusting your cleaning schedule can affect the total cost of our services. Our pricing is flexible to adapt to your scheduling needs. Below, you’ll find a transparent guide to how changes might reflect on your bill:
Rate Adjustments for Rescheduled Services:

Bi-Weekly Schedule Changes:

If you skip a session leading to a four-week gap, the 'Monthly' rate applies, which can be up to 50% higher than the bi-weekly rate.

Skipping a cleaning that results in a three-week interval incurs a rate up to 25% higher than your usual bi-weekly rate. Your regular rate resumes when bi-weekly visits continue.

Monthly Schedule Adaptations:

Skipping one week creates a five-week interval, raising your rate by up to 25% of the standard monthly charge.

A six-week gap between services translates to an additional up to 50% of your monthly rate. Beyond six weeks, we apply the 'One Time' cleaning rate.

Additional Cleanings for Bi-Weekly Customers:

If you need an extra cleaning between your scheduled visits, enjoy the 'Weekly' rate, which is lower than your current plan, for the following two sessions.
Recurring Schedule Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation of two or more consecutive cleanings, we may need to cancel your recurring schedule. Upon your next booking request, depending on availability, you might be placed on a waiting list.
Notice Period and Fees:
To reschedule, minimize services, or cancel without a fee, please provide us with a notice exceeding 48 business hours from your scheduled cleaning time.

To notify us, please use email or text only. Timely notice often prevents cancellation fees and helps us manage schedules better.

Consider providing secure home access options, like a garage code or lockbox, to avoid last-minute cancellations when you're unable to be present.

Service Termination or Modification
Should you need to temporarily halt, permanently discontinue, or adjust the frequency of your scheduled cleaning services, we kindly request a minimum of two weeks' notice. Unfortunately, failure to provide this notice will be regarded as a late cancellation, and a fee may apply.
Payment Regulations
For all services rendered, prompt payment is appreciated. We expect full payment either immediately after the service completion, or within 24 hours following the cleaning appointment. For your convenience, payments can be processed directly via our secure website, and we will also remind you with a text message containing a payment link.
