Cleaning Schedule and Arrival

Predicted Service Windows: Upon booking, we provide you with a targeted range for our arrival. If any delays arise, rest assured we will notify you. If you're not home, simply leave instructions, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Dusting Protocol

Meticulous Dusting: Our cleaning team is equipped to significantly diminish household dust using effective tools and methods.

Airborne Dust: Some dust may remain airborne post-cleaning and settle later, often improving over subsequent cleanings.

Items and Collectibles: We hand dust items on shelves, mantels, and similar areas, with arrangements as follows:

10 Items or Less: We dust individually and return them.

Over 10 Items: We dust around them in place.

Height Restrictions: Items located above the reach of a 2-step ladder, and which are prone to tipping over are excluded from high-dusting to ensure safety.

Service Pricing

Fixed Fees: The cost is based per job, not by the hour, to reflect the efficiency and skill of our technicians. If the scope of cleaning is reduced on the day of service, our original quoted fee stands unless altered beforehand.

Cleaning Supplies and Environment

Quality Tools Provided: Our team comes prepared with all necessary cleaning supplies. We do not use personal cleaning products unless agreed upon previously. Also, for safety reasons, we refrain from cleaning in environments exposed to paint, varnish, or other solvent fumes from recent work.
